As communicated earlier (see text below), the 7th ICGS conference will be held on-site in Groningen.

We would like to suggest that you keep an eye on these websites during the coming weeks to see whether rules and regulations change. In case Covid19 prevents the conference from taking place in person, we will adjust towards an online conference.

In case you do not plan to, or are unable to, attend the conference in-person in Groningen, you can participate in the online version of the conference.

Dear Corporate Governance Scholar,

The 7th Annual International Corporate Governance Society conference (including the paper development workshop preceding the main conference) will be held in-person on October 8-10, 2021, in Groningen, the Netherlands. We are working hard to make sure that we have a productive and enjoyable three days together.

All information about the main conference and the pre-conference event can be found on the conference website: https://www.rug.nl/feb/icgs2021/. In order to be included in the program, at least one of the authors of your paper must be a member of ICGS and register to attend the conference and present your research. Of course, we would be delighted if your co-authors join you in the presentation and attend the conference. Also, if you are not presenting a paper, but would like to attend the conference, this is possible. Please make sure are or become a member of ICGS and pay the conference fee. In case you do not plan to, or are unable to, attend the conference in-person in Groningen, you can participate in the online version of the conference. You will then have access to the key notes, panel discussions and annual general meeting of ICGS. In addition, you will be able to present your paper and attend other presentations in online sessions that will be held one week later than the face-to-face conference in Groningen.

• Where: the conference will be held at the Academy Building of the University of Groningen, Broerplein 2, Groningen
• The conference dinner will be held in 't Feithhuis, Martinikerkhof 10, Groningen
