Esther Poortstra | FEB alumnus

FEB Alumnus Esther Poortstra graduated with an MSc degree specialising in Change Management in 2017. She is now a change manager at ING in Amsterdam. In this video portrait, Esther talks about her work and how people skills and networking is an important part of her job. She also reflects upon her student life at FEB and how her job at a well known pub gave her a lot of practical experience.
