Online payment by Credit Card or iDeal
After you have been admitted to the winter school, we will send you an email with payment instructions. In this email you will find a link to our online payment portal. Our payment portal is a secure environment, where you can easily make your payment by credit card or iDEAL. All necessary information is already filled out for your convenience. All you need to do is choose your preferred payment method, and finalize the payment.
The email and link contain visible and invisible information about your fee. This means that you can easily forward the email if someone else is paying the fee for you (e.g. a parent, friend, university or employer). Please note that they will not be able to see any confidential information, except for your name, your summer school and the fee.
After you have successfully completed the payment, you will see a confirmation message on the screen. The link becomes invalid, you cannot accidentally pay twice. Your winter school coordinator will be notified and they will send you the official enrollment letter as soon as possible.
If you cannot pay via credit card or iDEAL, it is possible to make a bank transfer. Please instruct your bank to make the payment in Euros (not in, for instance, U.S. dollars). If your bank charges any (international) transfer costs, you need to pay these as well. Please use the following bank details and clearly state your name + winter school code. You can find the code in your email. Your payment cannot be processed without these details. After you have made your bank transfer you need to send an email to email@example.com.
Please note that it can take up to three weeks before your payment is cleared by the bank. Make sure you pay well before the deadline.
