Additional information
- Must hold a PhD at the time of the call deadline.
- Have a maximum of eight years of research experience post-PhD.
Must comply with mobility rules:
- European Fellowships: Must not have resided or carried out their main activity in the host country for more than 12 months in the 36 months prior to the call deadline.
- Global Fellowships: Must not have resided or carried out their main activity in the third country for more than 12 months in the 36 months before the call deadline.
Funding Covers:
- Living allowance.
- Mobility allowance.
- Family, long-term leave, and special needs allowances (if applicable).
- Research, training, and networking activities.
- Management and indirect costs
European Postdoctoral Fellowships:
- For researchers moving within Europe or coming to Europe from other regions.
- Duration: 1 to 2 years.
- Host: EU Member State or Horizon Europe Associated Country.
Global Postdoctoral Fellowships:
- For researchers seeking mobility outside Europe.
- Duration: 2 to 3 years (1 to 2 years in a non-associated Third Country, followed by a mandatory 1-year return phase in Europe).
Purposes: To support researchers' careers and foster research excellence by providing opportunities to gain experience in different countries, disciplines, and non-academic sectors through advanced training and mobility.
Countries of origin:
European Fellowships: Open to researchers of any nationality.
Global Fellowships: Open to nationals or long-term residents of EU Member States or Horizon Europe Associated Countries.
