Additional information
Selection criteria are set by the EU. Minimum criteria are that candidates must be Turkish citizens, have higher than 2.50/4.00 GPA and have aBbachelor’s degree or be in the final year of the undergraduate study.
The scholarship covers the following;
- Tuition fees (up to maximum 20.000 Euros),
- Living expenses (accommodation and meals, communication, local transportation, cultural activities, etc.) differing according to the host EU member country as given in the website of the Directorate for EU Affairs[2],
- Fixed amount (3.000 Euros) for various expenses payable only once (to be used for visa-passport, educational materials, travel, study visit, registration to local authorities, health and insurance, any tax liabilities and similar expenses).
Purposes: Master programme / Research Programme (3-12 months)
Programmes: Any programme enabling to focus on academic studies related to Turkey’s EU harmonisation process and the EU acquis
The Jean Monnet Fellowships Programme is a programme of The European Commission (EC).
