Colombian Citizens with an acceptance letter for a PhD program in a foreign (not Colombian) university included in the top 300 universities according to Shangai ranking. |
| Grant information: |
The grant provides tuition fee defined by the university, monthly living expenses as well as financial aid for health insurance and flight tickets for a single trip. This scholarship is paid in Colombian pesos (COP) and all the funds distribution are calculated a single time applying the exchange rate at the date the scholarship starts being provided. This means changes in exchange rate during the doctoral studies are not considered. |
