Colombian Citizens with an acceptance letter for a PhD program in a foreign (not Colombian) university included in the top 300 universities according to Shangai ranking.
The grant provides tuition fee defined by the university, monthly living expenses as well as financial aid for health insurance and flight tickets for a single trip.
This scholarship is paid in Colombian pesos (COP) and all the funds distribution are calculated a single time applying the exchange rate at the date the scholarship starts being provided. This means changes in exchange rate during the doctoral studies are not considered.
