• Those who have been admitted to a postgraduate program may aspire to this scholarship.
• The application implies the consent of the applicant for their curriculum vitae and a summary of their work plan to be published by any means defined by the board of directors in order to ensure the transparency of the program

• The maximum duration of the scholarship may not exceed 36 months for doctorates, 24 months for master's degrees and 12 months for specializations and diplomas.
• The amount awarded will be total or partial, depending on the needs of the project that is presented, and may be used specifically in expenses for food, maintenance, study materials, tuition, support courses for a graduate degree, medical insurance and air or land tickets the beneficiary person.
