Do you often buy food wrapped in plastic for a quick meal? Or do you just like good, fresh food? Then this may be something for you. A delicious, fresh, and cheap meal and a way to keep plastic out of your body; you can get it all with meal prep!

Plastic waste is a serious problem. With our campaign, we aimed to reduce the plastic waste produced at the university library (UB) by encouraging meal prep. We’ll inform you about the plastic waste at the UB, the factors contributing to it, and how meal prep doesn’t only help the planet, but also helps you.
