When will I receive my student card

You will receive your student card (also known as University card) within approximately 10 working days after you have been fully enrolled as a student and have uploaded your photo to the Student Portal (Brightspace).

How you receive the student card depends on your correspondence address:

Dutch address

If you have a Dutch address, then you will receive your student card per post on your correspondence address. You can find and change your correspondence address in Studielink.

Foreign address

If you have a non-Dutch correspondence address, you wait until you receive an email informering about collecting your student card. After you have received the email, you make an appoinment online with the Student Information & Administration department to collect your student card.

Keep in mind that you should be able to identify yourself when picking up your student card.
