Finding housing as a student in the Netherlands can be challenging, so we do our best to provide you with the most up-to-date information about housing as a UCF student!

Our housing offer

UCF offers guaranteed housing for first-year students with StudentStay.

10 March - 15 May - housing registration for accepted GRL applicants via StudentStay.com

Applicants who submit their full application to the UCF programme will receive information about how to register for our housing on a first come, first serve basis.

✨ Located in the centre of Leeuwarden, within walking distance of the Beurs

✨ 75 studio apartments - furnished, including private bathroom & kitchen

✨ Rent ranges from €730 - €950 (full rent, without housing benefit yet*), depending on the size of the room.

✨ Most studios are meeting the criteria for the Housing allowance.

✨ Deadlines to register for a UCF guaranteed housing: 10 March - 15 May

*Housing allowance (huurtoeslag) can be requested for most rooms - check the housing benefit guidelines for your eligibility. Rent ranges from €450 - €700 if housing benefit is applied.
