Research at our faculty is organized around one core question: How do societies change and how can this change be shaped?

Our research responds to societal challenges in areas such as sustainability, technology, governance, health and wellbeing. Working with businesses, governments, NGOs and knowledge institutes, we develop analytical and actionable knowledge that informs policy, practice and innovation.
