Winner Asito Social Innovation Prize Sustainable Tuesday
Sustainable Tuesday: the project Inclusive Banking has been named the winner of the Asito social innovation prize 2019. Jan Jonker, Dré Kampfraath, Niels Faber (Assistant Professor of Circular Entrepreneurship at UG/Campus Fryslân) and Michiel Heij and the SocialTec team worked together on the realization of the GIVO app. The app aims to give them access to goods and services that are currently out of their reach and thereby restore their participation in society and the economy. The development of the app started during the Odyssey Hackathon 2019 that took place in April 2019 in Groningen.
