During our Student for a Day, you get the chance to experience it for yourself.
Sit in on a real class and get a feel for the atmosphere on our welcoming campus.
You’ll discover whether this study fits you, not just in content, but also in people and environment.
Highlights
Choose your class
On the day you can pick between two live classes, so you follow what interests you most.
You join the cohort in a normal session with the same lecturer and material they have that week. Observe first, join the discussion if you like, and ask questions 1-on-1 during the break or afterwards.
Campus tour
Tour our historic home in the heart of Leeuwarden. Think tall windows, a large staircase and spacious yet full of cosy study nooks.
We’ll show you where Global Responsibility & Leadership happens day to day: lecture rooms, project spaces, the cafeteria and the student-favorite spots studying.
Visit student housing
Get a look at the student housing complex where many GRL students live. See the studios and common areas, so you can picture how your day-to-day life with other students would be. Not required, but a helpful glimpse of how living and studying here can feel.
Explore Leeuwarden
Leeuwarden is a charming, city where most things are 10 minutes away. You’ll find cosy cafés, museums and galleries, parks and canal-side spots, plus plenty of student-friendly places to study or meet up. It has the benefits of a bigger city yet keeps a calm, welcoming feel, easy to make your own.
