Europe day at Campus Fryslân

Europe Day on May 8 is the perfect opportunity to reflect on what European cooperation means today. In a rapidly changing world, cooperation in Europe is essential for our resilience, independence, and the protection of our shared values: democracy, the rule of law, and freedom.
Europe Day is celebrated annually as an opportunity to reflect on peace, cooperation, and the values that unite us within the European Union. It is a day when we show how Europe is close to us—in our daily lives, in opportunities for young people, in innovation, culture, and sustainability. And that is precisely why we are celebrating Europe Day this year with an inspiring program in Leeuwarden.
