For many years the MIT European Career Fair attracts large numbers of Dutch research institutions and companies to Boston to recruit people with international work experience. This time representatives from the University of Groningen, Eindhoven University of Technology, Wageningen University & Research, Delft University of Technology and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam are organizing the Alumni Event 2020 to meet with their respective alumni. From the University of Groningen you will meet dr Karen Voskamp, dr Jasper van der Velde, and Femke Munniksma.
A great moment to share stories and good memories about your time in the Netherlands, and explore cultural differences and similarities. Come and join us for an engaging and inspirational talk about women in STEM. We are excited to reconnect.
The representatives from the universities and companies can also guide you if you are considering your next career step in The Netherlands.
Mart Duitemeijer, Attaché for innovation, technology & science at the Dutch Consulate in Boston, and University of Groningen alumnus will open the event. After that representatives from the universities, companies, and alumni living in Boston will share their point of view on diversity in Boston and their respective living places.
