Dead Sea Scrolls in the Drents Museum

20 June 2012

In 2013, the Qumran Institute of the Faculty of Theology and Religious Studies and the Drents Museum will organize an exhibition about the famous Dead Sea Scrolls. Mladen Popovic, director of the Qumran Institute, is closely involved in this project. The manuscripts and objects text provide a wealth of information about the history and culture of Judaism and Christianity.

The weekly online video magazine Unifocus highlights topics related to the University of Groningen in the fields of research and society, student life, teaching, policy and internationalization.
