Unifocus video: University of Groningen students learn how to be entrepreneurs
More and more students are combining their studies with running their own business. One great example is Jorrit Albers, a student of Human Geography. Albers has his own catering company and runs the Van Swinderenhuys in Groningen. He recently followed the University of Groningen Minor in Entrepreneurship, during which he wrote a business plan for a brewpub in the city centre of Groningen, a unique pub serving home-brewed beer.
Each episode of the weekly online video magazine Unifocus includes an item related to the University of Groningen, in the fields of research and society, student life, teaching, policy and internationalization.
