YoungRUG Wildcard Event - Turn your idea into reality!

Do you enjoy YoungRUG’s activities? Do you have a creative idea for an event that could bring the community together? Now’s your chance to make it happen!

Following the success of last year’s running dinner, YoungRUG is once again opening the door for you to organize your own event for the YoungRUG community in 2026.

From planning to execution, we’ll support you in the organization of the event. And to help bring it all to life, we’re offering a budget of up to €850.

What we need from you

Submit a short proposal (max 1 page) including:

• Your name(s)
• A brief description of your event idea
• The focus of the event (networking, personal/professional development, or institutional knowledge sharing)
• Your preferred month/date for the event
• A budget estimate
• Maximum number of participants
