My HR & Health is live!

‘My HR & Health’ was recently launched. This new portal gives University of Groningen staff quick and easy access to information, policies and support to help with their work, professional development and health.

As YoungRUG, we have taken the initiative, together with our HR colleagues, to make information easier to find, with the support of the Local Consultative Committee. A number of our active members were involved in the ‘Improving Accessibility of Information’ working group for this purpose.

Our HR colleagues have recently been hard at work developing this new platform. We are absolutely delighted that the platform is now live and that access to information has been improved. A great example of what we can achieve together!
