Workshop 'Thinking Outside the Box'
How do you think outside the box when faced with challenges? In this interactive workshop you'll learn how to reframe limiting beliefs and use creative thinking to navigate obstacles.
During this workshop, we explore how to think differently when faced with challenges. Inspired by principles of reframing and creative thinking, you'll learn how to turn obstacles into opportunities, break free from limiting beliefs, and discover new possibilities in personal, social, and professional situations.
Through practical exercises and discussion, we'll explore how to navigate one-on-one and group dynamics more effectively, avoid getting stuck in unhelpful patterns, and create meaningful results. You'll leave with practical tools, fresh perspectives, and greater confidence in dealing with personal and professional challenges.

The workshop is hosted by Roxana Bucur, Psychological Coach, Trainer and Lecturer at the Faculty of Behavioural and Social Sciences (GMW) at the University of Groningen.
Roxana is also the founder of her own practice, where she offers psychological coaching, therapy, workshops and training. With a background in bias, coaching and behavioural science, she creates a safe and engaging learning environment where genuine reflection can happen.
