Masterclass on Psychological Safety: 'What if I would say it?'

When:Tu 23-06-2026 14:30 - 17:00Where:Faculty of Behavioural and Social Sciences

Most of us recognize clear boundary-crossing behaviour as unacceptable. But psychological safety is not only about the obvious “no-go” situations. It is also about the smaller, everyday moments that remain unspoken: a colleague who hesitates to share an idea, someone who does not dare to question a decision, or a concern that is kept to oneself.

In this interactive masterclass, we will move beyond theory and explore psychological safety in practice. What holds me back from speaking up? What might happen if I say it? How can I contribute to psychological safety in my team, regardless of hierarchy? Through short theoretical insights, reflection and hands-on exercises, you will have the space to discover new perspectives and behaviours.

What you will take away

By the end of the session, you will:

  • understand what psychological safety looks like in practice
  • recognize your own influence and behavioural patterns
  • gain practical tools to improve communication within your team.
