YoungRUG Lustrum - Interactive session: What Drives You Wild? Discover your drives at work

When you are moving towards the end of your career, do you want to look back and think: ‘Was this it already? Did I make the most out of it?’

At this moment, you have a degree, a job and know you can make a living with it. But what can happen if you are willing to keep looking to find the perfect job - or shape your current job so that it fits perfectly with who you are and what drives you?

In the lustrum week, YoungRUG will welcome Paul Passchier: a psychologist, economist and founder of Tweelinck. Paul coaches organisations and people to get closer towards their dreams and aspirations.

During the event, Paul will guide you to explore together with others what personally drives you. What makes you wild, now and in the future?

So, if you want to gain more insight into your (professional) self and learn how you keep searching for what really drives you wild, then do not hesitate to sign up!

This workshop is suitable for anyone who wants to keep evolving professionally. Support staff, academic staff, young and old are most welcome.
