Margaret Donga is Head of the Education Department at the Faculty of Law. She has experience in business services, consultancy, communication, marketing and systemic approaches, gained in both commercial organisations and central government. She has spent 30 years in management roles at various levels, interspersed with project management and consultancy work. Her work is characterised by a practical approach, creativity and an eye for execution. In the summer of 2025, she drafted a plan for the BSS faculty on the recognition and valuation of professional staff (OBP). The plan sets out a strategic vision, which is then translated into a tactical framework and subsequently into an action plan for implementation. In December 2025, she adapted that plan for the Faculty of Law. BSS is currently working on the implementation, whilst the Faculty of Law is in the process of rolling it out. Margaret is keen to share her vision and advice on recognition and appreciation for  professional staff (OBP).
