October #CybersecurityMonth

Worldwide, October is all about cybersecurity, and the University of Groningen is fully involved. Through lectures, workshops, games afternoons and a hackathon, we are raising awareness of the theme ‘Working safely online’.

October is also the perfect time to talk to your colleagues about how you can work safely online as a team. Do you lock your computer when you step away from your desk? Do you use the UG tools for storing, collecting and publishing research data? And how critical are you about the use of AI in your work? The ‘10 Tips & Tricks for digital security’ and the ‘Essentials in Research’ will help you with this discussion.
