Target groups

Academic staff

We provide training and support combined with English language support and intercultural competence training in a didactic context, stimulate working abroad in a purposeful manner relevant to the staff members’ work and stimulate participation in international academic networks.

Support staff

We have defined the specific intercultural competences required for specific categories of staff combined with English language requirements, and develop a line of support. We will stimulate working abroad in a purposeful manner relevant to the staff members’ work.

Students

We have systematically integrated intercultural competences in a selection of international programmes, combined with the development of academic language skills, starting with specific international learning outcomes and a clear vision of internationalization at programme level. In addition, we will provide low cost extra-curricular tools and scenarios for students to test and develop their intercultural communication skills.
