Impact Conference 2025

ENLIGHT organised its second Impact Conference, gathering international impact experts, practitioners, academics and management staff to share and extend progress on the topic of impact in the university context. The Conference focused on integrating impact into all facets of university missions, including education, research, innovation and service to society. Through the lens of an impact-driven university model, participants explored strategies for breaking down silos, promoting collaboration and embedding impact into their daily work. 

Impact Awards

Each year, the ENLIGHT University alliance launches a call for Impact Awards to recognise and give visibility to academic endeavours at ENLIGHT universities that are exemplars in planning for and achieving impact. Applications are invited from academic teams at ENLIGHT Universities.

ENLIGHT concedes six Impact Awards, (including one award in each of the six ENLIGHT flagship domains). Interested applicants are nominated by their University through a locally defined internal selection process and each ENLIGHT university submits at least one, and a maximum of three applications, from its institution to be considered for the yearly ENLIGHT Impact Awards.

Congratulations to the 2025 awarded teams and to their representatives which are now ENLIGHT Impact Ambassadors and members of the ENLIGHT Impact Ambassadors Network.
