Provisional gain Eric Bleumink Fund: €33.500,-

Every year the University of Groningen asks for special attention for the Eric Bleumink Fund. And with success! In the eleven years of existence, the Eric Bleumink Fund has been able to provide forty scholarships to talented students and researchers from developing countries.
More than forty young, ambitious and gifted individuals have been given the chance to follow a complementary study program at our university. They got acquainted with our academic culture, the scientific libraries and international contacts. Conveniences that are so familiar to us, but are often lacking their native countries.
In December 2011 another campaign was run among alumni of the university. This time we contacted them by mail, email and phone. The campaign generated in €32.000 in one-off donations and €1.500 in donations for several years. De scholarship recipients and employees of the fund are very grateful to all donors.
Would you like to support talented students from developing countries? We'll be grateful.
