AiMED Hackathon

From 2 4 through 27 June, AiMED (Artificial Intelligence in Medicine) Groningen is empowering the Artificial Intelligence and Medical community of Northern NL to hack the COVID-19 crisis together. Using machine learning techniques, students and experts are invited to explore a worldwide data set of COVID-19 hospitalizations, policy decisions, and more to find patterns that can hack our crisis. Beyond discovering new challenges from the data, you will be tasked with translating your findings into potential solutions for the Netherlands. This event is free and open to all students, staff, post-doctoral researchers, and professors interested in machine learning and healthcare. For this event, AiMED is collaborating with the study association for computer science & AI Cover, IFMSA-Groningen (International Federation of Medical Students’ Association), and DASH (Data Science Centre in Health) of the UMCG.
