Increasingly, there are calls to change how we assess research quality and evaluate academics. Academics are more than publications and grants and the quality of their research should be more than impact factors and H-indices. Come to this lunch on April 8th to discuss better ways of evaluating quality and to reflect on what skills or achievements are under- or overrated in current systems!
