Curriculum Vitae
Tim Busscher (1986) is a PhD researcher in a cooperation programme between the University of Groningen and the Dutch Department of Transport, Public Works and Water Management (Rijkswaterstaat). He studied at the Faculty of Spatial Sciences, of the University of Groningen for four years. In the first three years Tim got his BSc in Human Geography and Planning. He spent the fourth year in obtaining his Masters degree in Planning. In january 2009 he started with his PhD research at the department of planning on the theme "Improving road infrastructure planning in the Netherlands; Towards a programmatic planning approach. He is particularly interested in project planning, project and programme management, and governance.
