dr. S.T. (Sieta) de Vries

Post-doc researcher

Sieta de Vries studied Sport & Health at the Hanze University of Groningen and obtained her master’s degree in Social Psychology at the University of Groningen. At the department of Health Psychology of the University Medical Center Groningen (UMCG), she wrote her master thesis “The reliability and validity of an implicit coping- and wellbeing-test” under the supervision of Prof. dr. A.V. Ranchor and Dr. M.J. Schroevers.

Subsequently, she worked at the department of Clinical Pharmacy and Pharmacology of the UMCG on her PhD-project entitled “Patient perspectives in the benefit-risk evaluation of drugs” under the supervision of Prof. dr. P. Denig, Prof. dr. F.M. Haaijer-Ruskamp and Prof. dr. D. de Zeeuw. In the context of her post-doctoral research, she was involved in the Innovative Medicines Initiative (IMI) Web-RADR project (http://web-radr.eu/) and the Strenghtening Collaboration for Operating Pharmacovigilance in Europe (SCOPE) project (http://www.scopejointaction.eu/). Currently, she is involved as a researcher and project manager in the IMI BEAt-DKD project (https://www.beat-dkd.eu/) and the MSCA COFUND PROMINENT project (www.prominent.umcg.nl).
