School development with Change Labs

In the NRO project Student agency-Change Labs, the formative intervention approach of Change Labs is used at three university-school partnerships for secondary and vocational education. Change Labs are a well-researched approach to strengthen learning and development in organizations, but in the Dutch educational context they are still in their infancy. Change Labs focus on a shared ambition, in this project student agency with the aim of promoting equity, to which participants undertake expansive learning actions. In this project we investigate what we can learn from the three Change Labs and their interrelationships to use them more broadly in Dutch education.
