R.L. (Rick) van Well, MSc

In addition to his work for the DNPP, Van Well holds the positions of senior researcher at the Avans Centre of Expertise Safe & Resilient Society and postdoctoral researcher at Utrecht University.  Additionally, he is a PhD candidate at Leiden University. His PhD project focuses on explanations of government-opposition relations in parliament.

Previously, Van Well was a lecturer in political science and public administration at Leiden University and a researcher at ProDemos - House for Democracy and the Rule of Law. He completed a Bachelor in Political Science (2016) and a Research Master in Political Science and Public Administration (2018) at Leiden University.
