Research interests

My PhD research investigates the provenance of paving stones in Roman roads through XRF analysis, coupled with energetic modelling to understand resource distribution in the Roman hinterland. My primary research interests lie in Roman archaeology, human-environment interactions, landscape archaeology, and the impacts of climate change in Roman Italy.
