Data Cellar is an European Horizon 2020 project that aims to develop an energy dataspace, supported by the blockchain-based marketplace and different digital tools, which will foster the creation and operationalization of energy communities in the EU. At the same time, it will provide them with means that will enable their active participation in just energy transition. In this project, Natalia investigates the legal requirements that are of importance for the design of energy dataspaces, energy data sharing and exchange.
