I teach in the Bachelor programme in Human Geography and Planning, as well as in the Master in Population Studies and the Research Master in Spatial Sciences. I am involved in teaching in the following programmes and courses:

Supervision of Bachelorprojects in HGP and SPD, around themes related to a healthy living environment. Recent examples include: mobility and well-being in Noordenveld, walkability in Groningen

Guest lectures in the course Population, Health & Place

Master thesis supervision on topics related to ageing, everyday mobility, migration and well-being. Examples: quality of life with Aquired Brain Injury in Europe; age-friendly environments on the countryside in Drenthe; accessibility of amenities for older adults in the Northern Netherlands; informal caregiving by the 'sandwich generation' in Indonesia.
