Investigating how humans comprehend and produce language in real-time, using various experimental techniques including EEG (electroencephalography), Eye-tracking, and the Self-paced Reading paradigm. 

Examining how the language system interacts with other cognitive sub-domains such as Perception (e.g., vision, audition, olfaction) and Motor system (e.g., proprioception, spatial cognition, vestibular system).

Probing how the structures of different languages may impose differential restrictions on our cognitive architecture from cross-linguistic perspectives. 

Inquiring into the long-lasting 'Grammar-Parser' debate, exploring ways in which they can be unified as two sides of the same coin, rather than the more traditional division-of-labor view.
