I am an interdisciplinary scholar interested in transformative education and how to design optimal teaching and learning experiences. I particularly explore the topic of diversity and engagement, which I apply to curricula and classroom experiences in higher education. I draw from educational sciences, philosophy and leadership studies in an effort to explore issues from different perspectives and combine theoretical and empirical methodologies.
