prof. dr. G.J. (Jan) van Helden

Jan van Helden teaches management accounting and management control, and has been actively involved in modernizing teaching in these fields. He is co-author of several books on management accounting, which deal with the profit sector as well as the non-profit sector. In addition, he is involved in the post-graduate Controller Training Program of the University of Groningen, the post-academic course in Business Management in Non-Profit Organizations of the University of Tilburg and a Controllers training program of the university of Utrecht. He also teaches in the public financial management program of the Hertie School, Berlin, Germany.
