PhD project: Evolutionary consequences of isolation

 

How does isolation reshape evolution?


My research focuses on how spatial structure and dispersal limitation influence the emergence, persistence, and stability of ecological communities. Using theoretical and computational approaches, I investigate how fragmented environments modify evolutionary dynamics, species coexistence, and biodiversity patterns.
