AV Events

From the official opening of the Academic Year to a carefully arranged stage for an interview with Guy Pearce – AV Events takes care of audio visual productions for your event. AV Events also assists during international livestreams, academic ceremonies or faculty specific events.

AV Events assists with:

• The registration and livestreams of promotions, classes, congresses and symposia
• Audio visual support (light, sound and visuals) during UG-wide and external events
• Creative solutions for digital and hybrid events
• AV Events provides support and services exclusively for locations within the University of Groningen (UG). Unfortunately, we do not offer services for external locations.
