CIT Strategic Plan

The digitization of education and research has gained momentum in recent years due to COVID-19 and the increasing demands in the field of security and privacy. This demonstrates the importance of innovative and reliable ICT for education and research more than ever.

In the coming years, the CIT will take the university along with the further digitization of academic education and research by offering an excellent digital environment. The Strategic Plan 2021-2026 sets out the mission, vision and core values ​​of the CIT and sets out the direction of the organization for the next five years.

Over the past months, the MT has outlined the framework of the new strategy: a refined mission and vision, and four strategic goals. The new strategic plan for the CIT must seamlessly combine the vision of the CIT with that of the CIO. These visions are inextricably linked and reinforce each other in realizing the ambitions that the university and we want to achieve in the coming years.
