CHS Book harvest (with drinks and snacks)

When:Tu 16-06-2026 15:45 - 17:00Where:A8, Academy building

We warmly invite all members of the Centre for Historical Studies to take part in our Book Market on Tuesday, 16 June 2026, at the Academy Building, A8, from 16:00 to 17:00.

Starting from 15.45h (inloop), please bring along your books and articles published between 2024 and 2026- monographs, edited volumes, special issues, or individual articles. The book market is a relaxed opportunity to browse through each other’s work, discover ongoing research, and—just as importantly—to get to know one another a little better across fields, periods, and approaches.

Alongside food for thought, there will also be food for the stomach and the soul: good drinks and a shared table of dishes inspired by various culinary traditions, reflecting the diversity of our community and our research worlds.

Even if you can only stop by for 15 minutes, please do—every conversation, greeting, and shared bite adds to the atmosphere we hope to create. We very much look forward to seeing you there and celebrating our collective work together!

Warm regards,

Karène and Clemens
