Title: Linear inhomogeneous differential equations with constant coefficients

Abstract:

In this lecture we cover inhomogeneous differential equations. We start with a short recap of homogeneous differential equations. There are two main approaches to solving inhomogeneous differential equations, namely undetermined coefficients and variation of parameters. We will discuss both approaches with examples. We end the lecture with an application to driven harmonic oscillators.
