Title: Closed-Form Solutions of Descriptor Switched Dynamical Systems in Discrete Time
Abstract:
Descriptor dynamical systems provide a general framework for modeling complex processes involving both dynamic equations and algebraic constraints. This talk presents recent developments in the analysis of discrete-time switched descriptor systems. First, closed-form solutions are derived to characterize the solvability. Next, model reduction techniques are discussed to obtain lower-dimensional representations. The discussion is then extended to the nonlinear case, focusing on the solvability and stability analysis. These results provide a theoretical foundation for understanding and analyzing complex dynamical systems with singularities, nonlinearities, and switching behaviors.
