Thursday the 26th of March is focused on research and education, with talks from colleagues. There will also be plenty of time to catch up with each other, and we close the day with a shared dinner.
Friday the 27th of March is dedicated to collaboration. Eight years since the merger, the BI has grown into a large institute with enough critical mass to play a significant role in this faculty, as well as on a national level. At the same time, we maintain three departments with a high level of autonomy. Guided by organisational expert Ina Ahuis, we will talk about how we can get stronger as an institute.
Where do we benefit from autonomy, and where should we aim for more collaboration?
