Pre-Master: Enrolling in your pre-master courses (possible from 15 June)
Step 1: Enrolling in your Pre-master courses between 15 June 2026 to 28 August 2026 (23.59 hrs)
When you have received your Admission Letter, please send an email to bsz.let rug.nl (Faculty of Arts Office for Student Affairs) with the following information:

name
-
student number
-
the courses (name and course code) you need to be enrolled for.
The Office for Student Affairs will then enrol you in your courses in Ocasys (the university's course enrolment system).
Step 2: Enrolling in your seminar groups
Information about the enrolment procedure for enrolling in an seminar group will be published in due time.
