Pre-Master: Enrolling in your pre-master courses (possible from 1 December)
Step 1: Enrolling in your Pre-master courses between 1 December 2025 to 30 January 2026 (23.59 hrs)
When you have received your Admission Letter, please send an email to bsz.let rug.nl (Faculty of Arts Office for Student Affairs) 1 December 2025 and 30 Januari 2026 with the following information:

name
-
student number
-
the courses (name and course code) you need to be enrolled for.
The Office for Student Affairs will then enrol you in your courses in Progress (the university's course enrolment system).
Step 2: Enrolling in your seminar groups
Please enrol in a seminar group for each of your Pre-master courses between 14 to 28 January 2026 (23.59 hrs) via the course pages of the separate courses in brightspace.rug.nl (Tools > Groups to enrol for your seminar group). You will have access to the course pages in Brightspace after the Office for Student Affairs has enrolled you in Progress (Step 1).
