Pre-Master: Enrolling in your pre-master courses (possible from 15 June)
Step 1: Enrolling in your Pre-master courses between 15 June 2026 to 28 August 2026 (23.59 hrs)
When you have received your Admission Letter, please send an email to bsz.let rug.nl (Faculty of Arts Office for Student Affairs) with the following information:

-
student number
-
the courses (name and course code) you need to be enrolled for.
The Office for Student Affairs will then enrol you in your courses in Ocasys (the university's course enrolment system).
Step 2: Enrolling in your seminar groups
At the moment, the numbers of registered students and students still in the registration process do not allow us yet to decide whether courses will keep three seminar groups or be reduced to two.
We would like to avoid cancelling a group in which some students are already enrolled, or re-distributing enrolled students from two groups to a third. Therefore, we will start enrollment on: Tuesday, 01 Sept at 9:00 and keep it open until Thursday, 03 Sept at 23.59.
Please enrol in a seminar group for each of your courses yourself via the course pages of the separate courses in Brightspace (Tools > Groups to enrol for your seminar group).
Check the online schedule to see when the groups will take place (rooster.rug.nl -> Search for Programmes: Pre-Master IRIO). Space is allocated on first come, first served basis. We cannot guarantee space in a preferred group, but there will be an available group for all students that are registered in the course.
Changes in the timetables may still occur, so please make sure to check the timetables regularly, also throughout the semester!
