Master: Enrolling in master courses

In September you will be starting with these four courses:

1) Advanced Theory of Research Practice in International Relations (5 ECTS)
2) Capita Selecta (track-specific) (5 ECTS): European Politics in a Global Perspective, International Political Economy, International Security, Geopolitics and Connectivity, IRIO, or East Asian Studies
3) Research seminar 1, track-specific (10 ECTS)
4) Research seminar 2 (10 ECTS)

Registration for courses

Registration for courses opens in June 2024:

  • Please follow the instructions in the form Enrolment Courses Master International Relations (opens June 2024).
  • Please note: you do not have to be fully registered in the programme yet in order to enrol for your courses.

Research Seminars

For students wishing to enrol for Research Seminars: this is possible from (date to be announced in June 2024).

In the form you will be asked to submit a first and second preference for each Research Seminar. Allocation to the research seminars will be done by the programme: we will do the utmost to place you in your preferred research seminars, but because of scheduling and overall availability of places in the research seminars we cannot guarantee you will be placed in your first choice.

After you have submitted your preference:

  • You will be registered in Progress for your Research Seminars before: ...
  • Research Seminars start in the week of ....

Course information

Course information is available from mid June in the Ocasys Online Course Catalogue (please select academic year 2024/2025): course descriptions, literature, lecturers and timetables. Please watch this video tutorial for an easy introduction to the Ocasys website.
