An evening with ChatGPT

When:We 18-01-2023 17:00 - 20:00
Where:Marie Lokezaal Harmonie Building

Join us for a critical discussion on ChatGPT, the cutting-edge language model developed by OpenAI that everyone is chatting with and talking about! This AI language model received a lot of attention in the media and could have big impact on teaching and research.

We will show the amazing things ChatGPT is capable of, explain how it was created, but also reflect on its limitations, ethical implications, and impact on education and creativity.

We hope to provide you with a balanced and informative discussion on ChatGPT and its place in the world. Don't miss this opportunity to share your thoughts and concerns (with free snacks and drinks!) with the Computational Linguistics group of CLCG at the Faculty of Arts (GroNLP), the Natural Language Processing experts at the RUG.

This event will be organised by the Computational linguistics group of CLCG in collaboration with the Jantina Tammes School for Digital Society, Technology and AI.
